Shipping: 

Our management and staff are committed to ship every order on at least the next business day. In some cases we may even be able to ship on the same day. 

Your order will ship via Fed Ex Ground within the 48 continental United States and should arrive within 3-5 days.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7-10 days.

Order cancellation policy:

Orders may be cancelled before shipment upon your notification to us before shipment at no charge. orders cancelled after shipment must be handled as a returned merchandise authorization(RMA) as detailed in the retturn merchandise policy.

Merchandise Return:
Return request should be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Call or e-mail us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be repacked as well as possible in its original shipping material and container. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and clearly note the RMA number on the outer shipping container.
